At DVS Direct we are committed to offering the best value possible. To do this we are constantly monitoring prices on the various components used in our systems. In most cases you will find that our systems are the best prices around. However in some rare cases you might find a lower price somewhere else.

This could happen for 3 reasons.

1. There has been a recent price reduction in the cost of some component that has not yet been reflected in our quote system.
2. The Competitors system is using substandard components to save a few bucks. At DVS Direct we use only the Top Grade components in our systems. Lower quality components can lead to unstable system operation.
3. And Most likely reason. Inadequate testing and quality control. It takes time to properly configure and test a system as complex as the one you are about to purchase. And time is money. New components sometimes fail. Most failures occur in the first 24 to 48 hours of use. If the components make it past this initial burn-in period the chances of a failure are reduced drastically. However some dealers are only interested in selling at the lowest price possible and don’t spend the time needed to properly test the system prior to shipping. Most of the time the components are covered by a warrantee but nothing is more frustrating then getting a new system in and having it die on you. Then having to deal with getting the defective part replaced. Sending a system without adequate testing is like playing Russian roulette. In this case you are better off just building the system yourself. Otherwise did you really save any money at all ?

Be sure to get all the details on the components used in the system including the manufacture of the hard drives used. It is also important to find out if there are any hidden charges for integration or excessive labor charges and make sure you find if they are adding any charges for using a credit card.

Our Goal is to make it worth your while by getting you more bang for your buck. Remember to consider the following. Is the System a Complete integrated system with all Software installed?
